Why are you seeking this office?

I'm seeking this office in hopes to contribute to the continued growth and improvement of Naugatuck. I want to ensure that our local government remains transparent, fiscally responsible, and responsive to the needs of all residents. My goal is to strengthen communication between citizens and town leadership while helping guide decisions that support long-term community stability.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is transparency. Residents deserve to know how and why decisions are made, especially when it comes to spending and development. I intend to work toward open communication between residents and local government by supporting public accessibility, clear reporting, and accountability at every level.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I’ve grown up in this town all my life, and that gives me a real understanding of what makes Naugatuck special — and where we can do better. My perspective comes from decades of living, working, and raising a family here, not from political ambition. I’m invested in this community’s success because it’s always been home.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?

In addition to transparency, I intend to focus on fiscal responsibility, public safety, and maintaining the quality of local services. Naugatuck residents deserve to see their tax dollars used efficiently and wisely. I also want to support smart development that strengthens our local economy without losing the character that makes our town unique.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

As a longtime business owner in Naugatuck, I understand the importance of responsibility, accountability, and follow through. Running a business taught me how to manage budgets, work with people, and make practical decisions that balance short term needs with long term goals. Those same skills as listening, problem solving, and staying dependable are what I’ll bring to serving our community effectively.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

"You want to change the world, go home and love your family."

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I care deeply about Naugatuck and want to see our community continue to thrive for future generations. I’m not a politician, I’m a lifelong resident, a business owner, and someone who believes in practical, honest leadership. My goal is to listen, be accessible, and work together to make decisions that reflect what’s best for our town.
