Restaurant Severely Damaged In Blaze: Reports

WATERBURY, CT — A local eatery was badly damaged in a serious fire on Friday morning, according to NBC CT.

The fire broke out around 9 a.m. at the Store Avenue eatery, Bailey's Bar and Grille, NBC CT reported.

The fire led to the roof's collapse and the restaurant sustained serious damage, NBC CT reported.

No injuries were reported. The fire grew to a 3-alarm response, and quick response from fire crews prevented significant damage to adjacent businesses, WFSB 3 TV reported.

The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
