Waterbury Cops Offer Cash For Tips On Rec Vehicles On Roads
Tipsters can get a $200 reward, according to police.
WATERBURY, CT — The police department is offering a $200 reward for anonymous tips on non-permitted recreational vehicles being used on city streets or in parks.
The tips must lead to an arrest and/or the seizure of the vehicles to qualify for the reward.
The offer applies to all-terrain vehicles, dirt bikes, mini motorcycles and other recreational vehicles being used where they aren’t permitted, police said.

“Your information can help make our streets and parks safer! Report illegal riders today,” police said, in a Facebook post announcing the program.
