Waterbury Police Probe Man’s ‘Untimely’ Death
The man's body was found on Thursday morning, according to police.
WATERBURY, CT — A man was discovered dead at a residence on Proctor Street Thursday morning.
Lt. Ryan Bessette said police went to the home around 7 a.m. and located the man’s body inside.
“The incident is currently being investigated as an untimely death,” Bessette said. “At this time, there are no apparent suspicious circumstances.”

An investigation is ongoing.
Waterbury police are working with the state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the man’s cause of death and confirm his identity, according to Bessette.
