The winning ticket was sold on Tuesday, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
NEWINGTON, CT — A Newington business sold a $30,000 winning lottery ticket this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Tuesday, Frankie Voisine, of Bristol, purchased a 30X Cash 10th Edition ticket from Newington A-1 and won $30,000, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The CT Lottery furnishes winner information as public record. The Connecticut Lottery only publishes names of people who win $10,000 or more, which officials claim is quite common.
