Man Charged With 38 Counts Of Theft Of A Firearm: Newington Police
Police said the accused committed the burglary at the Hoffman Gun Center. He was given a $250,000 bond, police said.
NEWINGTON, CT — A 35-year-old Willimantic resident, Kwitzpatrick Duffany, is being held in lieu of a $250,000 bond for his role in a burglary at Hoffman Gun Center on May 27, police said.
The investigation into the burglary led officers to develop probable cause that Duffany committed the burglary, and an arrest warrant was approved, police said.
Duffany was arrested at court on Thursday, June 15, and he was given a $250,000 bond, police said.

Duffany is charged with 38 counts of theft of a firearm, first-degree larceny, first-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, criminal possession of a firearm, and criminal possession of ammunition.
