NEWINGTON, CT — A silver alert has been issued for a 32-year-old man who has been missing from Newington since May 9.
State police described Van Carman, 32 (date of birth: April 19, 1990) as a white male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 6-foot-4 and weighs 275 pounds, police said.
Police said Carman was last seen wearing jeans and sneakers.
