NEWINGTON, CT - A Newington resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 9, Anthony Cruz, of Newington, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the Newington Food Land and won $10,000.
