NEWINGTON, CT - A Newington resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 2, Michael Starace, of Newington, purchased a Jewel Quest ticket from the Quick Stop Convenient Store in Newington and won $30,000.
