Annual Declarations of Personal Property will be mailed to all personal property owners the last week of September 2021. These Declaration of Personal Property forms are due back to the Assessor’s office no later than Monday, November 1, 2021.

All business personal property used in the course of operating a business must be declared on these forms. The forms will be available on the Assessor’s page on the Town of Newington’s webpage. All forms, whether submitted or not, are subject to audit by the Town Assessor.
