3 Charged With Operating Drug Factory In New London, Police Say
Three people are facing charges after police executed a drug bust in New London this week.
NEW LONDON, CT — Three people were charged after police seized quantities of crack cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine in New London.
Police served a warrant in a drug bust at 111 Truman St. on Wednesday at 7:15 p.m.
Police said they found 26 grams of crack cocaine, 8 grams of fentanyl, and 7 grams of methamphetamine along with $691 in cash and materials used to package and sell drugs.

The following people were charged with three counts of possession of narcotics, three counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and operation of a drug factory:
- Headley Thomas, 36, of Hartford
- Dennis Newton, 36, of New London
- Belvon James, 36, of New London
James was also charged with interfering with a search warrant.
