A RE/MAX realty sign over one window advertises the building as a commercial space suitable for catering, delivery, and various eateries. The realty listing notes that the building was built in 1962 and that it has been a deli or sandwich shop for 36 of the past 51 years.
Prior to that, the address held the New London Barrel Company for a number of years.
