Anyone stopped at a traffic light in the area of Huntington Street and State Street can't help but notice the big yellow signs advertising a property for sale on the corner.
Don't worry, it's not the Garde Arts Center or the Public Library of New London. It's a small cottage building nestled between the theater and TVCCA building. Last serving as the legal offices of Sabilia & DeSantis, the building is now on the market from the Londregan Commercial Real Estate Group.
The building measures 1,904 square feet and has an asking price of $379,000. It has been part of the city since 1920 and includes five offices, two conference rooms, and seven parking spaces.
Although it's primarily been used as office space, for the legal firm as well as a realty company, the proximity to the Garde means it has hosted the occasional art exhibit as well.Â
