This 3km NAM model is the most robust with bringing heavy rain all the way through the Hartford area. The best chance for heaviest rain across eastern areas where we can get a couple of inches rain. We'll refine the forecast once we get new data later this morning. pic.twitter.com/MTGConlAI4
