Heroin, TVs, Boxer Briefs Seized From New London Residence: Police
Two men were arrested after New London Police issued a search-and-seizure warrant for 48 Prest St.
On Thursday, May 12, at approximately 9:09 a.m., members of New London Police Department's Investigative Division executed a search and seizure warrant at 48 Prest St., New London.
The warrant service was the result of an investigation that began after information was obtained, alleging that the people living there were selling narcotics and other controlled substances.
The occupants were also allegedly taking in stolen goods in exchange for narcotics. Two people were arrested as a result of the search-and-seizure:
Todd Cox, aka "T-Rock," 47, was arrested on the following charges:
- Possession of heroin
- Possession of heroin with intent to sell
- Possession of crack cocaine
- Possession of marijuana greater than a half-ounce
- Possession of marijuana with intent to sell
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Operating a drug factory
- Larceny in the fourth degree by possession
Bruce Coleman, aka "Uncle Bruce," 52, was arrested on the following charges:
- Possession of crack cocaine
- Possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell
- Cultivation of marijuana
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
Evidence Seized
- 1 Gram of Crack Cocaine
- 3.6 Grams of Heroin
- 16 Grams of Marijuana
- $580 of U.S. Currency

- Two Samsung 39” LED Televisions in Box (Unknown source)
- Bluetooth 2.1 Speaker System in Box (Kohl’s)
- Bluetooth 37” Stereo Sound Bar in Box (Kohl’s)
- Bluetooth tower Stereo in Box (Kohl’s)
- Toshiba Laptop (Unknown Source)
- 5 Swarovski Crystals jewelry boxes containing jewelry valued at 60.00 dollars each. (Kohl’s)
- 4 Hanes tank top packs w/ security tag attached (Dollar General)
- 1 Hanes V-Neck pack w/ security tag attached (Dollar General)
- 3 Hanes boxer briefs packs w/ security tags attached (Dollar General)
- 3 Hanes T-Shirts packs w/ security tags attached (Dollar General)
- 2Pairs of Jeans w/ security tags attached (unknown source)
