Police Respond to 2 Overdoses in 2 Hours, One Fatal: Report
New London Police revived one woman with Narcan. In a separate case, a man was found deceased at a local Dunkin' Donuts.
NEW LONDON, CT - Police and firefighters were on scene at the New London Dunkin’ Donuts, 175 Broad St., around 4:10 p.m. Thursday, March 10, after receiving a call regarding an unresponsive person.
According to The Day, a man in his 20s was found deceased at the scene from a possible overdose.
Earlier that same day, at around 2 p.m., a car accident occurred in the vicinity of 65 Shaw St. Police encountered a woman unconscious on the sidewalk and used Narcan on the woman. She was transported to the hospital.
