Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

NORTH BRANFORD, CT —In accordance with the town's flag policy, North Branford Mayor Rose Angeloni has ordered that U.S. flags at all Town of North Branford municipal buildings, schools, and facilities be lowered to half-staff in honor of the <a href="https://patch.com/connecticut/northbranford/north-branford-legend-police-officer-deputy-chief-mayor-doody-dies">passing of former Mayor and Deputy Chief of Police Michael Doody</a>.A beloved and devoted police officer and more, a consummate servant of the community, he passed away Sunday.Individuals, businesses, and other private entities within North Branford are encouraged to do the same. Flags should be lowered at all stations effective sunrise, tomorrow, Aug. 15 until interment on Saturday, Aug. 24. Since no flag shall fly higher than the U.S. flag, all other flags including the state flag should also be lowered.
