The East Shore District Health Department and the South Central Connecticut Regional Water Authority (SCCRWA) will provide a presentation on drinking water safety.

The event will be held at the Atwater Library, 1720 Foxon Road, North Branford on Thursday, April 7th from 7-8pm.

· Trihalomethanes

· PFOA (perfluoroctanoic acid)

· Private wells (below grade, typical contaminants, treatment options, testing recommendations)
