NORTH BRANFORD, CT — The North Branford McDonald's held a McTeacher's Night for the Nursery on Notch Hill preschool, which noted it is currently in need of new outdoor items like a swing set, toys, and bikes.

Students and teachers from the school, as well as alumni, attended the school fundraising event held Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Nursery on Notch Hill preschool educators said the restaurant was donating 20 percent of sales during the three-hour window.

There was "lots of laughter and smiles" and the "kids designed paper hats and played together," the school shared.
