Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

North Branford police logs, July 15-22:July 18Mark Manfredi, 59, of West Haven, was charged with third-degree larceny and attempt to commit a crime. Jeremiah Lopez, 46, of Northford, was charged with failure to register/sexual violence. July 19James Kerwin Wilkins, 29, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation. July 20Keith Eric Manning, 57, of Northford, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault/sexual contact without consent, second-degree threatening/physical threat, second-degree strangulation/suffocation, and disorderly conduct. Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
