Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. It also affected our customers.. over the years we have built a strong rapport with our customers in the community of North Branford with that being said we’re happy to report that we are now back in business and look forward to seeing you all each, and everyone of you were truly missed.

Brandon Michael McMechen, 28, of North Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct. Wilson H. Jara, 53, of North Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct. Sept. 26 Scott Matthew Lanza, 38, of North Branford, was charged with making a false statement. Sept. 27Eric Peter Marcinko, 20, of Ansonia, was charged with second-degree breach of peace. Michael Joseph Pagan, 20, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace. Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
