Poppy‘s restaurant has been serving North Branford for over 52 years. Within our 52 years of business, Poppys restaurant has never been closed  for more than a day or two. Not only did the shut down devastate and affect us. Those arrested are only charged at this time.Arrested were:William Moore, 43, of 71 Truman Street, New Haven, charged October 17th with conspiracy to commit 6th degree larceny.Erin Roche, 32, of 211 Pomeroy Avenue, Meriden, charged October 18th with operating under the influence.Jose Antonio Suarez-Colon, 27, of 142 Portsea St., New Haven, charged October 19th with interference with an emergency call, criminal violation of a protective order, strangulation in the 3rd degree.Raymund0 Dejesus, 32, of 233 Rosette Street, New Haven, charged October 21st with operating with registration/license suspended/revoked, operating under the influence, failure to drive right.
