NORWALK, CT — A Florida resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket at a Norwalk business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Thursday, a Daytona Beach, Fla., resident purchased a winning "CASH5" ticket at Norwalk Smoke Shop Inc. and won $100,000, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
