Celine Cleary, 84, Lifelong Norwalk Resident

Celine Cleary, 84, of Norwalk, died peacefully at Brighton Gardens in Stamford on December 25. 

Celine was born in Norwalk on July 16, 1928, the daughter of the late Philip E. and Ruth Fagan Cleary and had been a lifelong resident of Norwalk. Celine worked for R.T. Vanderbilt in product development and research and then worked for Clairol for 23 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of AARP and enjoyed walking and bowling. 

She is survived by her nephew, Edward Cleary, her sister and brother-in-law Pauline and Robert Michek of Norwalk. In addition to her parents, Celine is also predeceased by her brother Philip E. Cleary and sister-in-law Elizabeth Ann Cleary.     

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, December 31, 10 a.m.  at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 203 East Ave., Norwalk, with burial to follow at St. John Cemetery. There are no visiting hours. To leave an online condolence, please go to magnerfuneralhome.com
