Charli D'Amelio, Family To Appear At Stew Leonard's In Norwalk
TikTok sensation Charli D'Amelio and her family are set to appear at Stew Leonard's flagship Norwalk store this weekend.

NORWALK, CT — Fans of TikTok sensation Charli D'Amelio and her family can meet the social media and television stars this weekend at Stew Leonard's flagship Norwalk store.
Stew Leonard's announced Monday on social media the D'Amelio family is scheduled to appear at the store, located at 100 Westport Avenue, Saturday from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The D'Amelio family will promote their Be Happy Snacks brand of popcorn while at the store, offering customers a chance to sample and purchase the family's snack products.

"I'm so excited to share Be Happy Snacks with my hometown of Norwalk, Connecticut in the best grocery store in the world, Stew Leonard's," Marc D'Amelio, Charli's father, said in a Facebook post. "From working at Stew Leonard's in the produce department in high school to now having my own family brand sold there is incredible."
A Stew Leonard's spokesperson confirmed to Patch the family will be set up at the front of the store, just past the new farmer's market in the bakery department, where they will greet customers and take photos.

"The Leonard family is excited to welcome the D'Amelio family home to Stew Leonard's in Norwalk," the spokesperson said in an email to Patch. "We know many of our shoppers will be excited to see them too."
The spokesperson also noted Stew Leonard's was happy to welcome back former team member Marc D'Amelio, who worked at the store while he was growing up in Norwalk.
The D'Amelio family, which also includes Charli's mom, Heidi, and sister, Dixie, previously lived in Norwalk for years and often make appearances at some of their favorite businesses in town.
In 2021, the D'Amelio sisters were spotted at Mr. Frosty's Ice Cream in East Norwalk.
In August 2020, the sisters enjoyed a "congratulations" cake from Forever Sweet Bakery in Norwalk in celebration of Dixie D'Amelio's graduation, according to the Connecticut Post.
"I can't wait!" Charli D'Amelio said in a Facebook post promoting the upcoming event at Stews.
The D'Amelio sisters both have tens of millions of followers on the popular music and dance-oriented social media site, TikTok.
For a period of time, Charli D'Amelio was the most-followed account on the social media platform. As of 2024, she is the second-most followed person on TikTok, after Khaby Lame, with over 150 million followers.
In 2022, Charli D'Amelio competed on and won the 31st season of the ABC reality dance competition show "Dancing with the Stars" alongside dancer Mark Ballas.
The family also starred in the Hulu reality series "The D'Amelio Show," which focused on the personal lives of each family member, primarily Charli and Dixie. The show ran for three seasons on the streaming service and ended in October 2023.
Stew Leonard's is currently in the midst of a month-long celebration to mark the recent completion of a two-year renovation project at the Norwalk store, which included a newly built 10,500-square-foot four-season indoor garden center and an interior farmer's market among other enhancements.
The grand reopening celebration kicked off June 21 with the unveiling of a new 300-pound handmade bronze statue of its founder, Stew Leonard Sr., which will now greet customers as they enter the store in Norwalk.
"We want our customers to be happy," the spokesperson said. "We hope everyone leaves Stew Leonard's with a smile or saying 'wow!'"
