Child Reported Missing At Norwalk Beach Found Safe By Officers: PD

NORWALK, CT — A child reported missing at the beach was quickly found by officers and reunited with her family this week, according to police.

In a Facebook post, police said the child was reported missing Tuesday at Calf Pasture Beach.

According to police, Officer Omar Rivera and other Norwalk officers swiftly located the child "safe and sound" and reunited her with her family.

Police commended Rivera and his fellow officers on "a terrific job" locating the child.
