Norwalk Police To Host Community Candlelight Vigil For Domestic Violence Awareness

The Norwalk Police Department will host a community candlelight vigil Monday night honoring victims and survivors of domestic violence.

NORWALK, CT — The Norwalk Police Department will host a community candlelight vigil Monday night for domestic violence awareness.

In a news release, Police Sgt. Ryan Evarts said the vigil will honor victims and survivors of domestic violence.

The event will be held at the Norwalk Police Department, located at 1 Monroe Street in Norwalk, at 6 p.m.

Evarts said the public is encouraged to attend the event for "an evening of reflection and remembrance, and to show support for survivors."
