Where Have You Gone, John Dough? Betty the Bartender Knows

Recently a Patch reader asked whether I knew what happened to John Dough's Pizza and Bar at 77 North Main Street. I stopped by today and found construction workers in the bar and the door open. 

Betty the bartender said a new restaurant is on the way and will serve American fare and include an upscale gastro pub.

According to Betty, the new restaurant and bar will be called, "Sweet Lucy Lynn's" and she expects that they will be ready to open by mid-October.

Betty will stay on as bartender in the new restaurant when it opens.
