West Haven resident hits for $10k on scratch-off ticket according to the Connecticut Lottery.
ORANGE, CT - A West Haven resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Orange earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 11, David Lincoln, of West Haven, purchased a 30X CASH 7th Edition ticket from the OHM Grocery Mart Inc. in Orange and won $10,000.
