The Griffin Center for Healthy Living in Oxford is helping individuals taking weight-loss medication like Mounjaro, Ozempic, Wegovy, and Zepbound reach and keep their goals with a free healthy lifestyle management program.

Led by Center for Healthy Living Medical Director and Weight-Loss Medicine Specialist Dr. Aisha Khan, Weight-Loss Medication and Healthy Eating is a five-week program that helps ensure participants’ weight-loss journeys are on solid paths with expert education on the best-practices of the Obesity Society and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

Weight-loss medication works best and results are more sustainable when they are paired with a healthy diet. Additionally, these medications can cause side effects such as acid reflux, nausea and constipation that can be managed through healthy eating. The program includes easy, healthy recipes that participants can make even with a busy schedule.
