Man Charged In Connection With Brother's Death In Oxford: Police
A man was charged with cruelty to persons in connection with his brother's death in Oxford last summer, according to state police.

OXFORD, CT — A man was charged Wednesday in connection with his brother's death in Oxford, according to state police. James Mosley, 72, of Bridgeport, was charged with tampering with physical evidence and intentional cruelty to persons.
Police received a call June 20 regarding a 64-year-old man in cardiac arrest at a home on Pawnee Road in Oxford. Police arrived and found Kevin Mosley, 68, lying on the floor with apparent facial/head trauma. He was pronounced dead the next day at Griffin Hospital.
James Mosley told police more than one story about what happened that night, according to an arrest warrant. James Mosley also told allegedly another person that his brother had fallen and that he'd cleaned up the blood, then gone to bed, the arrest warrant stated.

Mosley was held on $25,000 bond. He was scheduled for arraignment in Derby Superior Court on Thursday.
