Police Identify Caller Who Made Threat To Oxford High School Student
A teenager from Florida has been identified by state police as the source of Wednesday morning's threatening call.

OXFORD, CT — State police have identified the source of a threat called in against an Oxford High School student Wednesday, which prompted a heavy police presence at the school.
The caller has been identified as a 13-year-old from West Palm Beach, Florida. Police said there is no threat to anyone in Oxford.
"We have partnered with federal authorities who will further investigate and make the appropriate arrest," state police said in an update on social media. "We would like to thank all the agencies that assisted this office so we could come to a timely conclusion."
