Marcos Antonio Gonzalez, 22, of Hartford, was picked up by police at an Oxford residence on Sunrise Drive and charged with failing to register as a sex offender last week, stemming from an incident that occurred in January 2013.  Gonzalez was released on $5,000 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Derby Superior Court on September 9. The above arrest information was supplied by the CT State Police Department.
