Free Acting Workshop for All Levels

Join us for a free acting workshop on 1/10/2026, from 10AM-5PM at St. Stephen's Episcopal! 

In this acting workshop with a focus on monologues, participants are offered an immersive introduction to the principles of acting and an opportunity to join an educational discussion on influential speeches, letters, or archived materials. Participants will learn to craft original monologues rooted in personal stories around a guiding question. Then they will pass their unique experiences along to their classmates and be assigned a monologue to perform. Embodying experiences different from our own is highly encouraged in this workshop and participants will emerge with an empathetic understanding of experiences outside their own and a deeper sense of how to approach monologue work.
