Valentina “Tina” (Schiano) Schwartz, 62, died June 15, 2025; she operated VS Office Services, supported students with disabilities through the Ridgefield Board of Education, was active in parish ministries at Saint Elizabeth Seton Church, and enjoyed gardening, yoga, tap dancing, dining out, and traveling with her family.
Patricia Mary Hilton, 86, died June 16, 2025; a former tax collector in England and longtime bookkeeper and sales associate at Wilson Hardware, she earned certifications in hardware retailing and interior design, enjoyed reading, crafting, gardening, swimming, and was a devoted cat enthusiast who once worked for Liberace.

Richard “Dick” Godbout, 91, died June 14, 2025; a U.S. Air Force veteran and inflight technician with the Strategic Air Command, he helped expand Bell Simons Companies across the Northeast, coached youth sports in Ridgefield, volunteered with civic organizations including the Knights of Columbus and American Legion, and enjoyed skiing into his 90s and gardening in his spare time.
Elizabeth Glennon “Glenny” Montanari, 71, died June 14, 2025; a former fashion buyer in New York’s Garment District, she later worked as a paraprofessional at Scotts Ridge Middle School, was active in the Ridgefield Garden Club, enjoyed photography, Cape Cod beaches, and attending high school sporting events.

Mary Cecelia Hudson Henwood, 86, died June 12, 2025; a clinical psychologist specializing in early childhood development, she taught in Wilton and Ridgefield for decades, helped establish inclusion programs, served as a Stephen Minister, and enjoyed travel, music, and spirited conversation over coffee.
