Ridgefield Police on routine patrol at Shadow Lake Park Wednesday saw a car parked at the park after hours. After investigating, police said the driver, Anthony Bobenhausen, 18, Ward Drive South, Danbury, was given an infraction for possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a written promise to appear in Danbury Superior Court on Aug. 29.
This information was provided by the Ridgefield Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
