Ridgefield Schools Hiring For 61 Teaching, Staff Positions

Here is a look at all of the available jobs listed by the Ridgefield Public Schools and how to apply for them.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — As we near mid-April, there are still plenty of local school jobs available. It's important to note that just because a school district is looking to hire for a position, it doesn't mean it's a new position added to the budget.

It likely is a seasonal job or a vacancy to fill or even to fulfill a mandate, including in the special education program.

The administration position advertised is at Ridgefield High School beginning July 1.

"Ridgefield Public Schools announces a vacancy for a Counseling Supervisor effective July 1, 2025. This will be a 12 month position for the upcoming school year," officials wrote.

According to the job posting, the salary range is from $156,704 to $184,979. Added $2,000 for a doctorate. (View the full listing here).

Some other positions include a health teacher for Ridgefield High School, which begins in August.

The district is also in need of world language teachers, a night custodian, a school security officer, and several paraeducator positions across the district.

Other positions include school nurses and school psychologists.
