The Wellness team at Ridgefield Station began a new monthly education and information program in November. The first topic was skincare and our Resident Care Director, Stacy Carney, led a very informative presentation about the importance of caring for our skin, followed by a spa level exfoliating skin scrub experience for the residents. Stacy made the scrub herself with coconut oil and sugar and the residents all left feeling renewed.
