Salon, Fitness Center Eyed For Main Street Location In Ridgefield: Report

A former restaurant's location could be split into two new businesses.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — A change of use permit application filed to the town calls for a salon and a new fitness center in the former Tom Tom's location, reports the Ridgefield Press. Tom Stalzer of Stalzer Design applied for a change of use permit, which would split the building into two businesses.

The plans call for an 820-square-foot salon/spa, which would open for 12 hours a day. The lower level would turn into a 2,150 square-foot fitness center, which would serve 35 people.
