State Rep Constantine endorses Ridgefield Democrats

Ridgefield is proof that good local leadership delivers. Over the last four years, Democratic leaders have kept our schools excellent, our finances sound, our natural resources protected, and our community among the safest in America. That kind of success isn’t accidental – it happens because capable people step up to serve. That’s why I’m proud to endorse Ridgefield’s Democratic team to keep this progress going.

Now more than ever, we need Board of Education members who will stand up to protect the mental health, academic development, and access to education for all students. We can trust current Chair Tina Malhotra and candidates Kathryn Graf, Scott Sigel, and Angela Rice to listen to parents, students, staff and the community, to make fiscally responsible, innovative and empathetic decisions for our kids.

On the Board of Finance, incumbents Andrew Okrongly, and BOF Chair Mike Rettger, experienced finance professionals, take meticulous care of Ridgefield’s finances, maintaining Ridgefield’s AAA bond rating while delivering high-quality services and keeping tax growth below inflation, exactly the kind of fiscal discipline Ridgefield deserves.

On the Inland Wetlands Board, the three incumbents, Noah Berkowicz, Keith Carlson, and David Smith, balance responsible growth with safeguarding Ridgefield’s water quality and open spaces.

We need integrity and transparency on the Board of Police Commissioners, and Stephen Riebling, an experienced attorney, and current Chair Sharon Dornfeld will ensure the accountability and oversight that will keep Ridgefield one of the safest towns in the nation.

On November 4th, remember to vote Row A, all the way. Because good governance isn’t automatic. Ridgefield Democrats deliver it every day.
