CT Weather: Temps Warmup, Thunderstorms Possible Tuesday
There will be a lot of changes upcoming over the next 7 days including our next storm chance. Here's the updated weather forecast for CT.

Saturday night felt like fall was in the air as it was downright chilly. It was a big change and welcome relief from our recent 7-day heatwave. Temps moderated a bit on Sunday but it appears temps will continue to get warmer and more humid as the week progresses and 90s could be in the forecast soon enough.
There is a chance for showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday afternoon and evening too. The National Weather Service says, "High pressure will remain in control through Monday night providing dry conditions and mainly clear skies. Temperatures will not be quite as cool tonight, but will still average below normal for this time of year ... Temperatures will then climb to a few degrees above normal on Monday and should be near normal Monday night..."
Temps will spike into the upper 80s on the coast on Tuesday and into the low 90s in inland and northern sections of Connecticut.
