UPDATE: CVS Parking Lot Construction in Ridgefield

As part of the reconstruction of the CVS parking lot, it will be necessary to close the entrance to the parking area starting Monday, July 17th thru Wednesday, July 19th. New curbing and preparation for final paving will be done at this time. There will be signs directing traffic to use the Catoonah Street entrance. The exit will remain open for cars leaving the parking area onto Main Street.

Once the prep work is completed, final paving will be done as part of the first phase of the CVS parking area renewal. The area will also be striped and painted, and new lights installed. The parking area included in Phase one will then be open to the public.

Phase two will include the remainder of the CVS parking lot, including paving and striping, as well as new lights. New planting islands and trees will also be completed as part of the second phase.

All of the work is anticipated to be completed by the end of Summer, with the trees planted during the early Fall.

The updated CVS parking lot will complement the existing improvements on Main Street and will enhance our town. Your understanding and patience have been appreciated during this time.
