Vote Row A: Ridgefield Boards Are Already Bipartisan

Local Governance Matters

Here’s the truth about how Ridgefield actually operates: every Ridgefield board and
commission is bipartisan. By town charter and long-standing practice, no single party
controls all the seats on any board. Our community has always valued representation,
collaboration, and qualifications over partisan loyalty.
We ask you to vote for the Democratic candidates on Row A because they are the most
qualified and experienced. They have campaigned with positivity, passion and integrity.
No political games. No attacks on opponents. No misinformation. Ridgefield voters
deserve to make decisions based on merit, performance, community service, and above
all, honesty.
Our town government works effectively because residents from all parties serve
together to solve problems, manage budgets, and plan responsibly for the future. Local
decisions about education, land use, safety, and finance shouldn’t be reduced to a
partisan scoreboard.
Thankfully, balance already exists in Ridgefield. What we need now is continued
professionalism, civility, and a commitment to facts. We don’t need political talking
points imported from elsewhere. Vote for the people who are most qualified, with your
best interests at heart.
You’ll find them on Row A. That’s how Ridgefield stays strong, fair, and well-run.
Vote Row A all the way for the team that is working for Ridgefield, including:
 Board of Finance: Incumbents Andrew Okrongly and current BOF Chair Mike
Rettger: decades of professional experience; proven steady and responsible
stewardship of Ridgefield.
 Board of Education: Current Chair Tina Malhotra, Scott Sigel, Kathryn Graf,
and Angela Rice: Experienced leader, innovative CEO, CPA & compliance
professional and teacher & PTA leader.
 Inland Wetlands Board: Incumbent Noah Berkowicz: experienced,
collaborative, proven.
 Board of Police Commissioners: Current Chair Sharon Dornfeld and

Vote for the people who are most qualified, with your best interests at heart.
You’ll find them on Row A. That’s how Ridgefield stays strong, fair, and well-run.
