Why I am voting for Mike Rettger for Board of Finance

Having had the honor and pleasure of serving with Mike Rettger on two Town committees and one broader community effort, I can confidently endorse him for another term on Ridgefield’s Board of Finance.

Mike is whip-smart and detail-oriented, with a keen ability to connect how the actions of one committee will impact other Town functions. He is an effective communicator who listens well, and strives to solve problems with thoughtfulness and respect for others. What’s more, he readily volunteers for the tough assignments that others may shy away from. And, when he commits to something, he delivers.

In addition to committee work, I have known Mike socially for over 30 years, and I can attest to his love for our town and the high regard he holds for its residents. We all benefit from his expertise, experience, and professionalism, and we are fortunate to have him serving on our behalf.

I will be voting for Mike Rettger on November 4, and I urge you to vote for him as well.
