Work Scheduled On Haviland Road In Ridgefield May Snarl Traffic

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Roadwork on Haviland Road between Still Road and Route 7 will begin Friday, Oct. 7 or the beginning of next, according to a notification from the Ridgefield Water Pollution Control Authority.

All work will be conducted between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. There will be no weekend work unless there is an emergency situation that needs to be addressed.

The afternoon school busing schedule is being coordinated with the Ridgefield Public Schools during this second shift construction. Buses will be allowed by the construction unless there is a risk to public safety.
