• Community Mourns "Sudden" Loss Of Former Fire Captain In Rocky Hill (patch.com) — Rocky Hill residents are mourning retired Fire Department Captain Jason “Jay” Kelly, who died suddenly while off duty after years of service at Station No. 3. Colleagues in Rocky Hill and Bristol praised his dedication, positive spirit, and support for fellow firefighters. Funeral and memorial details have not yet been announced but will be shared by the department.
