According to the Connecticut Lottery, the winning scratch ticket worth $100k was also recently sold at a Rocky Hill business.
ROCKY HILL — A Rocky Hill resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 21, Clifton Frizzell II, of Rocky Hill purchased a $100,000 Fortune ticket from the Stop & Go Food Mart in Rocky Hill and won $100,000.
