TA-Que Food Truck Announces Seasonal Opening Date

SIMSBURY, CT — TA-Que, a food truck that serves up tacos, street corn and other Mexican food, will open for the season on Thursday, staff announced on Facebook.

The food truck, which parks in the parking lot of Millwright's Restaurant in Simsbury, will be open from Thursday-Saturday this week.

Then, starting next week, it will serve up food from Tuesday-Saturday beginning at 5 p.m. each day, according to the Facebook post.

TA-Que parks in the Millwright's parking lot each summer, but this year, the acclaimed restaurant's owner Tyler Anderson will be the chef working the truck, the Hartford Courant reported.

Additionally, this year the truck will add burritos to its menu, which includes wine, beer, margaritas and soft drinks in addition to food, according to the Courant.
