Car Show To Benefit Autism Speaks Set For Next Weekend

Autism Speaks fundraiser set for Aug. 14.

A motorsports show and fundraiser originally set to take place over the weekend has been rescheduled to next weekend.

Puzzled Kustoms Car & Bike Show was postponed from this past Sunday, Aug. 7 to next Sunday, Aug. 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

A fundraiser for Autism Speaks, the event is being held at Bleachers Bar, 300 Middle St. in Bristol.

Sponsors include Heavy Hitter Mafia, the C/10 Club of New England and Hartford County Tattoo.

General admission is $10 and admission for owners of show cars, trucks and bikes is $15.

The ticket price includes a food voucher. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase inside the bar.

Autism Speaks is a national organization dedicated to the research and treatment of autism spectrum disorders. The group’s New England Chapter serves families in Connecticut, empowering people with autism of all ages, from early intervention to adult care.
