Domestic Dispute Leads to Arrest
Southington Police said the dispute took place in the parking lot of Home Depot.

A domestic dispute in the parking lot of Home Depot has led to the arrest of a 26-year-old man.
On Nov. 28 at approximately 2:18 p.m., officers responded to the parking lot at 89 Interstate Park Dr. and found that the suspect was involved in an argument with the victim and allegedly punched the victim in the head and continued to physically assault the person who was holding a child, according to police. The victim reported minor injuries but refused medical attention. The child did not appear injured.
Eduardo DeJesus, 26, of Waterbury, was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

DeJesus was released after posting $10,000 bond and was given an appearance date of Nov. 30.
